You can furikomi your money directly to the MAJET account. To do this, go to your nearest Post Office and fill out the form called "yuubin furikae denshin furikomi seikyuusho." Enter all the details as shown in the sample below. If you have any problems filling it out, ask for help...the Post Office staff is generally quite helpful. Next, give the form and the appropriate amount to the staff at the bank window. You will be charged a small fee for this transaction (around 400 yen). You will get a receipt once the transaction is complete.  After you have sent the money, please email us so that we can confirm we have received your payment.
